VB Technology provides LED display solutions, including sales, installation, configuration, maintenance, technical support, and related services.<\/p>

Quotations<\/h2>

All quotations are subject to product availability and may change until accepted by the customer.<\/p>

Payments<\/h2>

Payment terms will be specified in each quotation or invoice. Orders may require a deposit before production, shipping, or installation begins.<\/p>

Installation<\/h2>

The customer is responsible for providing a safe installation environment, including adequate electrical service, internet connection when required, and site access.<\/p>

Delays caused by site conditions outside our control may require rescheduling.<\/p>

Warranty<\/h2>

LED panels include a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.<\/p>

Accessories supplied with the project include a ninety (90) day limited warranty.<\/p>

Installation labor is covered for one hundred eighty (180) days from the installation date.<\/p>

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper electrical installations, natural disasters, water intrusion, power surges, or normal wear.<\/p>

Limitation of Liability<\/h2>

VB Technology shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.<\/p>

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product or service.<\/p>

Intellectual Property<\/h2>

All website content, including text, graphics, images, logos, and designs, is the property of VB TECHNOLOGY LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.<\/p>

Third-Party Products<\/h2>

Some products or software supplied by VB Technology may include components manufactured by third parties and remain subject to their respective licenses and warranties.<\/p>
