Services

VB Technology provides LED display solutions, including sales, installation, configuration, maintenance, technical support, and related services.

Quotations

All quotations are subject to product availability and may change until accepted by the customer.

Payments

Payment terms will be specified in each quotation or invoice. Orders may require a deposit before production, shipping, or installation begins.

Installation

The customer is responsible for providing a safe installation environment, including adequate electrical service, internet connection when required, and site access.

Delays caused by site conditions outside our control may require rescheduling.

Warranty

LED panels include a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Accessories supplied with the project include a ninety (90) day limited warranty.

Installation labor is covered for one hundred eighty (180) days from the installation date.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper electrical installations, natural disasters, water intrusion, power surges, or normal wear.

Limitation of Liability

VB Technology shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product or service.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, images, logos, and designs, is the property of VB TECHNOLOGY LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Third-Party Products

Some products or software supplied by VB Technology may include components manufactured by third parties and remain subject to their respective licenses and warranties.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
